The Restaurant Business…In My Opinion

The Restaurant Business is a tough one to say the least!  Some make their mark in history and other try and try again, with no luck.  What does it really take? Is there a clear cut answer to that question?  It is a combination of many, many details that must be carefully watched and paid close attention to. 

These are my opinions on restaurants that I have visited.  It is not always about just the food, like I said, it is the combination of the many details.
